1. The basics

You’re using Tagihly to create, send, and collect invoices. We provide the tool — you own everything you create.

2. Your data belongs to you

All invoices, client info, and payment records are yours forever. Export or delete them anytime with one click.

3. Payment & billing

• Monthly plans: cancel anytime, effective end of current cycle

• Annual plans: 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions

• No hidden fees, ever

4. Refunds

We refund pro-rated unused time on monthly plans. Annual plans have the 30-day guarantee above. After that, no refunds.

5. Uptime guarantee

99.9% monthly uptime. If we fall below, you get service credit automatically.

6. Acceptable use

• No spam, fraud, or illegal activity

• No crypto money-laundering or sanctions evasion

• Don’t overload the system on purpose Be a decent human — that’s it.

7. Changes to pricing or terms

We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email for any price increase or material change. Keep using Tagihly after that = you accept the new terms.

8. Termination

• You can cancel or delete your account anytime

• We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules (very rare, and we’ll always warn first when possible)

9. Governing law

Singapore — simple, neutral, and startup-friendly.
